It's been a while since I last worked out, and the numbers aren't pretty. I went easy on myself today, and wasn't expecting to hit the same marks as my last work out. The restart process will take some time to readjust. I'm hopeful for the next workout to be better.
Weight-wise, I'm pretty unhappy with myself. I've gone back to eating large portions three times a day. brokenheather's cooking is rather healthy, even at a double-portion, but when I put soda and junkfood on top of that, it really makes things worse. I'd gotten down to 235-ish, and was wanting to go even further. Now I have to work even harder.
