So, turns out my boy won a writing award.

The whole school has a contest every month. They're supposed to write an essay,
"Why I think you should read (*some book*)."

While the other drones children wrote something amounting to a book report, my boy actually wrote a compelling sales pitch, convincing the principlePAL (thanx!) and staff they should actually read the book he picked.

Now that he can convince people they want to do certain things, I need to find him a venue. :-)
